In the Costa Blanca there are appriximately 300 days of sunshine, and the weather in summertime nice and warm...It goes without saying that a nice cold drink is never far away.

As wedding couple you don't want your guest to be thursty all day...but on the other hand you don't want them to get drunk either and ruin your wedding ceremony...or that at the end you receive a huge bar bill.

In short, how do you ensure that everyone is happy, and that will be perfect all day?

Also this is the job of your wedding planner. Together with the wedding couple we elaborate a balanced wedding plan, with short breaks with a drink where necessary. These drinks are scheduled in advance in accordance with the wedding venue who provide the necessary waiters. You don't want to get in line to order a drink at the bar , do you ? Below are the different types of reception, and when they are recommended.

Welcomedrink

A welcomedrink is mandatory each time that there is a break. For example after transport between the accommodation and the wedding venue or when guests arrive at the venue.

The welcomedrink is a little break, a so called "buffer"  while we wait for all guests to arrive so that the rest of the day proceeds as according to the wedding plan.

Reception

After the wedding ceremony the reception starts, during which guests can congratulate the newly weds, and drinks  and appetizers are served, depending on the type of reception chosen.

Spanish ham

It's typical Spanish to contract a Spanish ham cutter during the reception.

Cutting ham is Spain is not taken lightly, it's a professional who has studied to become a "maestro cortador" who only uses carefully selected hams, and cuts them so thin that you can almost see through the slices.

Photoshoot

During the second part of the reception, a photo shoot is organised, first with bride and groom, then adding parents, siblings, members of the wedding party, etc until we end with a group photo.

A photo shoot on another location is also possible, in which case the reception must be prolonged because the guests cannot be left unattended, unless a pause is planned during which guest freshen up for dinner and dance.

Photocol

Also a photocol is possible, a frame with accessories which guests can use to make funny photos during the reception. Photos can either be taken by guests or by a photographer, and even on site printing is possible.

Drinks during dinner

All our wedding dinners include drinks during the meals, so you don't need to contract any drinks additionally.

Open bar after dinner

After dinner, drinks are served during the dance party in an "open bar", meaning that during the contracted number of hours, all drinks are included.

This formula is much better, and much cheaper then any other, such as a cash bar, etc.
